I am launched on the difficult process of revising my web-site …. not just the odd periodic tarting up, but a pretty substantial reassessment for what it looks like, what it tells people, and what it ought to tell the visitor but doesn’t. It struck me that it could be very useful to have some feedback from visitors. After all, it is intended for your use, not mine.
Are there things you would like to have been told/seen, but they are not covered? Do I go rabbiting on about things which are of no great interest? What is your general impression of the appearance of the site? Now is the time to have your say, and time you spend on this will be much appreciated.
Good morning John from a rainy Cornwall! I like your blog and the wide-ranging nature of your subjects.
I also occasionally look at your galleries, particularly if you mention a particular piece.
It might be interesting to hear more about tips and techniques. I seem to remember you discussing this in relation to tempura and maybe gold leaf. It can be an interesting insight to see what challenges you face and how you overcome these.
I’ll think about it. Thanks for the suggestion.
