…. you’ll always get what you’ve always got. That’s a favourite saying of my wife, and today I took it seriously by taking work to a new framer. I shall be interested to see what I learn from the experience. It’s not that I am greatly dissatisfied with the framer I’ve been using up until now, but it is always possible to learn, even if the result is that I go back to my former supplier.
This, of course, is the result of yet another attempt by me to frame my own work. I usually do this when I am under pressure of time to get something done immediately, or when I have forgotten just how inadequate my own attempts in this direction have always been.
PS. The recovery of my computer suggests that I have become addicted to it. Certainly there are signs of dependency.
