I am instructed that, among other restrictions, I need to be sparing in the amount of screen time I allow myself following my cataract operation. I’ve been trying to respect a limit of two hours each day, but I will check that when I see the ophthalmologist tomorrow. This does mean that I might be rather less communicative over the next week or so, but I will keep touching base.
I am getting quite excited because I have spotted another open exhibition in London which sounds as if it is right up my street. More of that, however, on another occasion.
