…. as soon and I am able to free myself from the devastating cold which has laid me low for the past few days. I can say honestly that I believe that I have never had a worse cold, with lack of energy, persistent coughing and headaches. (I don’t think that it has been flu because I have not had a high temperature.) Today has been the first day on which I have not had to carry a box of tissues with me everywhere and I have managed to get through the day without taking a sleep. As I come out of the symptoms of the cold itself, however, I find myself struggling against a horrible depression. I have been able to do nothing useful, except the completion of a couple of essential on-line bank transfers. I lost at Scrabble!
