Standing by the church gate this morning we were startled to hear the sound of a police siren approaching. Seconds later a car shot round the corner, pursued very closely by a police vehicle, both passing within a few feet of me. The fleeing car turned into our street, followed by the police. Bad mistake! It’s a cul de sac! Seconds later there was a loud crash.
There is too much excitement in my life. We’re going for a holiday in Italy for a week, during which we hope fervently that not a lot will happen. Apart from anything else, I reckon that I’m all Queened out. If anything interesting does happen you will hear about it all later. Ciao!
