I’m sorry that I have been out of contact for several days now, but I have been distracted by several things. I had a minor injury to one eye (OK now). I have been rather preoccupied with the recent death of a good friend, trying to work out whether I could and should go to Scotland for his funeral. When you promise things to people for some reason it invariably seems to turn out that all of these promises need to be redeemed at the same time. It should cause little surprise that I have not had a great deal of time for art! There are stirrings in the undergrowth, however, and I am sure that something will emerge in the near future.
