How can it be that time is actually getting faster? I realised today that my exhibition at the South Square Centre is due to be hung in two weeks’ time? As it happens things are reasonable well under control. I do need to focus immediately, however, on the design and production of publicity material.
That is invariably a problem. I need to select an image from my work which will sum up the intentions of the event as well as provide an eye-catching poster or leaflet. Today I pretty well completed the selection of work which I will put into the show. Which piece, however, can serve as a summary of the whole idea? The title I have decided to give to the exhibition, by the way, is Conversations with Trees.
The week-end is expected to be relatively quiet, so I can expect to be able to devote time to this problem over the next few days. One other task I got out of the way this morning, by the way, so that it will not distract me. I planted my runner beans out in the garden!
